  • What is the quickest way to get a quote ?
    To ensure that we can accurately track and process all quote requests, we encourage you to click on our "get a quote" button, which is the easiest and most efficient way to submit your request. In order for us to provide you with a competitive quote and get your project started as quickly as possible, please provide us with as much information as possible. This may include details such as the type and quantity of garments you require, the customisation method you prefer, any specific design or artwork requirements, and your desired timeframe for completion. Our team aims to respond to all quote requests within 24-48 hours, and we appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the necessary information to ensure a speedy and accurate response.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    Screen Printing Our minimum order quantity for screen printing is typically 24 pieces. However, we may be able to accommodate smaller orders depending on the design and specific requirements. Please contact us for more information. Direct To Garment (DTG) Our minimum order quantity for DTG printing is typically 1 piece. This makes DTG printing an ideal option for small runs, one-off designs, and personalized items.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Turnaround time is typically 7 - 10 working days from the date of confirmed payment, artwork & proof approval, but can vary slightly depending on how booked up we are and how large the order is. We should be able to provide you with a estimated turnaround before placing an order. Express orders are sometimes available at additional cost, just let us know your deadline before ordering.
  • Pick up and delivery
    Orders can either picked up at our print facility, our address is below. Or, we can arrange a delivery service. We can deliver nationwide and provide you a tracker number. Speak with us and we can tailor your delivery depending on your needs.
  • Which printers are suitable for creating designs on t-shirts?
    There are two primary types of machines, namely an automatic screen printing press and a direct-to-garment printer (DTG)
  • What type of garments would be suitable for ?
    Screen Printing Screen printing can be used on a wide range of garments, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and more. However, it's important to keep in mind that certain fabrics may require special treatment or preparation before printing Direct to Garment (DTG) In order for DTG inks to effectively bond with the fibres of a garment during the printing process, it's important that the garment has a minimum of 80% cotton content. However, for the highest quality print output, we recommend using garments made from 100% cotton. It's worth noting that garments made from polyester are not suitable for DTG printing, as the inks won't be able to adhere properly to the synthetic fibres. It's important to consider the composition of the garment material before selecting it for DTG printing in order to achieve the best possible printing results.
  • Can you digitally print onto coloured garments?
    Our direct-to-garment (DTG) printer is capable of printing on both white and coloured garments. For coloured garments, the printer applies a white base layer of ink prior to printing the artwork. It's important to note that if your artwork contains dark colours and you choose to DTG print onto dark coloured garments, it may result in a slightly grainy or dulled effect. You may also notice a faint white line around the print, which is caused by the base layer. Our team will review your artwork and may suggest a sample print for your approval, if necessary. As with screen printing, DTG printing is a manual process, and therefore, slight positional variations (within 5-10mm) may occur.
  • What is the cost of printing shirts?
    The expense of printing t-shirts varies depending on several factors, such as the volume of shirts produced, the intricacy of the design, the cost of the blank t-shirts, and the printing technique employed
